If you are a writer, artist, musician, podcaster, videographer or producer of any kind of media that can be accessed or downloaded via the internet, or simply want to be, and you desire to be published and even paid for your work, follow these instructions:

- Log in and submit your material for review
Ours is a democratic system: Approved submissions are voted on by our readers. You may enter multiple categories and are encouraged to promote your submission to garner votes. Each submission’s page includes handy links for sharing by you and your voters, plus you can copy the URL and share at places not contained in our list.
This quarter’s theme is Rest, Recuperate, Recharge.
Sign up and submit your digital material that conveys one or more of the ideas presented in the words of the theme.
Each submission will be reviewed by a real human and posted if approved. If errors are found, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to make corrections until March 1, at which time submissions will be closed while final voting is accumulated and tabulated. Upon approval, you will be notified and your material will be posted. You are strongly encouraged to publicize your work to garner votes/ratings.
Basic Rules
You must be from the greater Eugene area to submit, and you can not vote on your own materials, or have your friends vote more than once on the same piece. Please, no cheating or fraud. It will get you banned. So will plagiarism. See our Submission Policy for details. You may submit more than one piece to more than one category.
All approved submissions receive a permanent page on our site that you can use to promote yourself/your work. The highest rated submissions will be published in our quarterly, gorgeous and glossy, subscription-free print magazine. The first issue is slated for a mid-March release. Payment for winning submissions will be made at that time, and will be $50 each, which will increase as participation increases.
On April 1 a new theme will be announced for the second quarter, and the process starts all over again!
Note concerning circulation: we are on track for 30,000 print magazines each quarter with an extra 10,000 pageviews per month online. Also offered will be our own brand of digital ezine on CD – with turning pages, auto bookmarks and more (it looks like a real magazine on your computer), and a Print-on-Demand version as options for anyone outside the Eugene area.
