Tot Discovery Day: Winter Animals
Friday, December 2, 2011
9 am – 12 noon
The Science Factory
Come in from the cold and meet some of the animals that live it up in the winter! They burrow, hibernate, get fluffy and change color. See if you can spot a camouflaged snow rabbit, or help a squirrel stock up on food for the winter. What does it feel like to put on a heavy winter coat, or make a cozy place to sleep the season away? Find out this month at the Science Factory!
Ages 5 and under. Admission is free for Science Factory members; $10 per each non-member parent/child combo, $2 for each additional child.
For more information, call 541-682-7888 or email info@sciencefactory.org.
