Jurassic Park. Dinotopia. What kind of world will you create where humans and dinosaurs coexist? What if we brought them back from extinction? What if they never went extinct at all? Let your imagination run wild as you create stories, art, and music all about the collision of prehistoric and modern worlds. It’s all fantasy, of course… until you learn the science that tells us dinosaurs do exist today, in the form of birds! Join us to examine the creative and scientific possibilities.

We call them YES! YEA! Days because these one-day camps are “Young Escapades in Science” (YES!) and “Young Escapades in the Arts” (YEA!). Held on no-school days throughout the year, these fun-packed days are developed in collaboration with the Young Writers Association (YWA) and hosted by the Science Factory. Kids are invited to bring their imaginations and expand their artistic and scientific horizons through stories, music, art, and hands-on science activities.
